MY PHILOSOPHY
I don’t believe in quick fixes, trends or “magic” exercises. I believe in a body that learns how to move properly, build resilience, evolve and perform without pain and without limitations.
I am a Performance, Movement & Mobility Coach working daily with athletes, children and adults who want to improve not only their training, but the way they use their bodies overall. My approach is grounded in quality movement, control, stability and progressive development, the key elements that make a real difference in both performance and long-term health.
Throughout my journey, I’ve noticed a common mistake: most people try to “level up” without first building a solid foundation without mobility, without control and without truly understanding their own bodies.
That’s why my work always starts from the fundamentals: how you move, how you load your body, how you absorb force and how you generate power. From there, we develop strength, speed, endurance and confidence.
I work with athletes of all levels, with children and teenagers during critical developmental stages and with adults who want to move better, experience less pain and perform more effectively in everyday life or in their sport.
BEAT YOURSELF is not just a name.
It’s a philosophy.
It’s not about being better than someone else. It’s about surpassing the person you were yesterday a little more each day.
With consistency, proper guidance and respect for the body.
ABOUT ME
I grew up surrounded by sports from the age of four and to this day, athletic performance remains a central part of my life. I began with skiing, a passion that has stayed with me ever since competing in national championships, taking part in international competitions in Italy and joining the Dream Program in South Korea as a competitive skier and member of the national team development squads. I studied at the School of Physical Education and Sport Science in Thessaloniki and graduated in 2016.
Since then, I have worked professionally as a ski coach, while also specializing in strength training, physical conditioning and rehabilitation for both athletes and recreational trainees.
A large part of my life has been dedicated to helping people move better, grow stronger and truly understand their bodies. For me, training is not just about strength or fitness, it is a daily practice of pushing limits and evolving, step by step.
The only opponent you need to overcome every day is yourself.
